No person shall park any vehicle across any painted line or mark designating an individual parking space, or park a vehicle in such a way that it is not within the area designated by such lines or markings, unless the vehicle is too large to be confined in one such space. Any vehicle which requires more than one space shall be parked so that it does not use more designated spaces than the length the vehicle requires.
