Effective May 1, 2016, the monthly utility debt service charge on all accounts for water and sewer facilities shall be Four Dollars ($4.00) per month for Sanitary Sewer Facilities, which fee shall be deposited into the Sewer Fund, and Twelve Dollars Seventy-Five Cents ($12.75) per month for Water Facilities and Debt which shall be applied to pay the bond debts associated with the Water Treatment Plant improvement project.
