(A) Effective January 1, 2025, the rates for municipal sewer service shall be:
(1) $4.49 per 1,000 gallons inside City limits.
(2) $7.95 per 1,000 gallons outside City limits.
(B) Effective January 1, 2026, the rates for municipal sewer service shall be:
(1) $4.64 per 1,000 gallons inside City limits.
(2) $8.22 per 1,000 gallons outside City limits.
(C) Effective January 1, 2027, the rates for municipal sewer service shall be:
(1) $4.80 per 1,000 gallons inside City limits.
(2) $8.49 per 1,000 gallons outside City limits.
(D) Effective January 1, 2028, the rates for municipal sewer service shall be:
(1) $4.95 per 1,000 gallons inside City limits.
(2) $8.77 per 1,000 gallons outside City limits.
(E) Effective January 1, 2029, the rates for municipal sewer service shall be:
(1) $5.12 per 1,000 gallons inside City limits.
(2) $9.06 per 1,000 gallons outside City limits.
(F) Effective January 1, 2030, this section shall be hereby amended to increase the sewer rates in effect for the time period of January 1, 2029 to December 31, 2029 in an amount reflective of the 2029 Consumer Price Index which percentage increase shall be added to the then current rates, and barring future action by the City Council, annual rates thereafter shall be automatically increased by the preceding year's Consumer Price Index.
