33-4-3 PERMIT FEES.
The fees for permits shall be One Hundred Fifty Dollars ($150.00) for excavation for water, One Hundred Fifty Dollars ($150.00) for excavation for sewers or Three Hundred Dollars ($300.00) for a combination of water and sewer. (Ord. No. 1255; 09-13-04)
