23-3-7 PERMIT REQUIRED.
Each mobile home that locates on a lot in a mobile home park shall secure a Building (Zoning) Permit from the City. All future locations on the same lot shall be assessed the minimum fee for a Building (Zoning) Permit. (Ord. No. 1222; 09-08-03)
