The town may inform water users of the status of culinary water conditions and the need to conserve by methods of communication that include the following:
(A) Emails;
(B) Website articles;
(C) Flyers;
(D) Water customer mailings;
(E) Newsletter articles;
(F) Newspaper articles;
(G) Town Hall conservation awareness meeting/classes;
(H) Town entrance/speed sign poles - top flagged:
(1) Yellow - Level I;
(2) Orange - Level II; and
(3) Red - Level III.
(I) Possible “incentive” program (conservation citizen of the year).
