In accordance with W.S. § 15-1-103, the town will contract for franchise fees for all utilities as defined in W.S. Title 37, Public Utilities § 37-1-102, use the town right-of-way associated with our town road system to provide services to our residents. Under current statute definitions, the fee would be charged to companies like Silver Star Communication and Lower Valley Energy.
