The account will be delinquent if not paid within 21 calendar days following billing date. Delinquent payments shall attach to the property. The owner shall be held responsible for any delinquent payments during the time that the property was leased or rented to any other person. If the property is sold, the new lot owner shall be required to bring current all delinquent payments prior to the water being turned on to the property. The Town of Star Valley Ranch may also file a lien against the property for delinquent payments.
