(A) Water may be shut off from any street main when necessary to make repairs or to make connections or extensions of the mains or to perform any other work necessary to maintain the water utility. Such shut offs may only be performed by authorized employees of the Town.
(B) Town shall establish, publish and follow procedures to notify affected users.
