§ 112.06 UNLAWFUL USE OF NAME OF REGISTERED PERSON.

No person who is registered as a contractor shall allow his name/business to be used by another person either for the purpose of obtaining permits or for doing business or work under this registration. (Ord, 2021-20, passed 12-15-2021)
