§ 112.03 TERMS OF REGISTRATION; INITIAL AND RENEWAL FEES; EXPIRED REGISTRATION.
   All registrations required herein and issued by the Town Administrative Staff shall be for the calendar year and shall expire on December 31 of the year in which they are issued. The initial application fee shall be $100.00 for general contractors, plumbing/HVAC contractors, and electrical contractors, and $25.00 for limited contractors. Every registered contractor in good standing may have their registration renewed annually upon payment of the appropriate fee. Renewal fees shall be $100.00 for general contractors, plumbing/HVAC contractors, and electrical contractors, and $25.00 for limited contractors. Registrations only need to be renewed in the following calendar year if the contractor will be working in the Town in the next calendar year, otherwise a new registration can be applied for again at any time pursuant to section § 112.02. A contractor found working without a current registration shall cease activities and shall be subject to penalties under section § 112.08. Work will not resume until contractor completes a new application, pays any penalties and the application fee, and is issued a new registration number pursuant to section § 112.02.
