(A) The application shall be submitted no more than four weeks prior to the start of construction unless prior approval is granted by the Town to submit it earlier.
(B) Length of time for application review is dependent upon the size and complexity of the work to be done within the Town right-of-way.
(C) A permit shall not be assigned or transferred without the written consent of the Town.
(D) The permittee shall maintain an on-site copy of the approved permit, plans, and specifications. (Ord. 2022-08, passed 6-15-2022)
