§ 50.34 USAGE FEE.

   (A)   The town will charge a usage fee to all properties on a per gallon basis for water used during the billing period.

   (B)   The Town may, on a case by case, month by month, basis, elect to waive, reduce or limit the Charge for the Usage Fee during extraordinary circumstances.
