§ 50.20 FAILURE TO PAY.
   (A)   For a metered account: in case any water user shall fail to pay all charges as prescribed by this ordinance, the Town shall shut off water to the premises, building, house or lot, and water shall not be turned on again until all charges, including all penalties and interest, have been paid.
   (B)   For a non-metered account: in lieu of any financial agreements, should any account fail to pay all charges as prescribed by this ordinance, the Town shall notify owner by certified mail, with return receipt:
      (1)   After 90 days of delinquency with a copy of this Section;
      (2)   After an additional 90 days file a lien on the property; and then
      (3)   In lieu of other financial agreements, after an additional 180 days the lot will lose the right to water, (the Water Utility is relieved of its obligation to provide water to the lot; see § 59.32 Service Availability Fee Section) until after the acceptance of request for water (see § 50.30 Plant Investment Fee Section) and all previous fees, fines and interest are paid in full.
