Except as otherwise provided in this code or other Town ordinances, the sale of alcoholic and malt liquors in the town shall be in compliance with W. S. Title 12, "Alcoholic Beverages", as amended, and the same shall apply to the town. A copy of such laws and of any subsequent laws and amendments thereto shall be kept on file on the office of the Town Clerk, and the same are made a part of this section by this reference, as though incorporated herein at length.
