§ 110.10 EMERGENCY SUSPENSION.

If the governing body finds that cause exists for an immediate suspension or revocation of a license, an order for immediate suspension may be entered. The licensee, upon notice of suspension or revocation, may request a hearing before the governing body and the hearing will be conducted in the matter prescribed under § 110.09, "Suspension and Revocation"' of this chapter.
