§ 110.02 DEFINITIONS.
   The following definitions shall apply in the interpretation and enforcement of this chapter:
   LICENSE or PERMIT means the authority granted by the town to a person to engage in a specific business for which a license or permit is required. Each license issued is signed by the Mayor.
