§ 93.01 TOWN PROPERTY.
   (A)   Injuring, Etc.
      (1)   No person shall injure, damage, destroy or deface any tree, shrub, plant, flower, lawn, fence, bridge, street, walking path, streetlights, utility line, equipment, tool, or any other property, improvement, building or structure of the Town.
      (2)   The town may post regulations regarding conduct on town property. Any person who violates a posted regulation is guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined up to $750 per incident.
   (B)   Posting Bills. No person shall affix any placard or other paper upon any structure within or upon any property of the town, nor upon any such fence, tree, or enclosure thereof.
   (C)   Occupying Without Lease, Etc. No person shall occupy any land owned by the town, within or outside of the town limits, for any purpose whatsoever, without first having secured a lease or other official agreement from the Town Council, to so occupy.
   (D)   Removal of Sod, Gravel, Etc. No person shall dig, remove or cause to be removed any sod, stone, earth, sand, or gravel from any street, or public ground in the town, without first having obtained permission therefor of the Mayor and Public Works.
