(A) Be a state licensed surveyor.
(G) Produce an amended subdivision plat according to the requirements of the town, the county and the state.
(C) Stake new (final) lot corners.
(D) Produce a recordable final plat map, to scale, on Mylar (polyester), Architectural D size (24 inches by 36 inches), with a minimum scale of:
(1) Vicinity map not to exceed one inch equals 1,000 feet, but not less than one inch equals 500 feet; and
(2) Detail map for lots less than one acre, one inch equals 30 feet; and for lots larger than one acre, not to exceed one inch equals 60 feet.
