§ 154.242 LIMITATIONS.
   A plat amendment that requires the least modification to a plat will be the preferred alternative when more than one alternative will solve the perceived problem with the present plat. No application from a property owner for the same property that has been denied by the town shall be received or processed by the town within one year from the date of such denial except by unanimous vote by the Planning and Zoning Board.
