(A) Applications from a property owner shall be filed with the Planning and Zoning Board on the specified forms and accompanied by necessary data and information to assure the fullest presentation of the facts.
(B) The data and information shall cover the following points in addition to requirements identified elsewhere in this chapter:
(1) Describe any special circumstances that exist for the land for which the plat amending is sought;
(2) Describe how current property dimensions for the specified land would deprive the applicant of reasonable use of the land;
(3) Describe how amending the plat allows a reasonable use of the land;
(4) Evidence that the proposal will not increase the cost to the public for providing services;
(5) Plot plans as specified on application form;
(6) Fees and deposits included; and
(7) Written approval of the utility companies (water, electric, telephone) if utility easements are to be relocated or eliminated.
