§ 154.224 DIMENSIONAL AND BULK STANDARDS.
   (A)   For planned development. Single-family residential, the bulk standards for single-family residential shall apply (see § 154.117).
   (B)   For planned development. Multiple-Family Residential, the bulk standards for Multiple- Family Residential shall apply.
   (C)   For planned development. Mixed use, the bulk standards for Commercial/Community Facilities shall apply (see § 154.098).
