The purposes of the MR-2 Zone regulations are:
(A) To allow for higher population densities than MR-1;
(B) To provide areas for a mix of residential buildings, (including multi-family residences, apartments, condominiums, duplexes/townhouses and single-family residences - including cluster housing, that preserve desirable characteristics of a residential zone;
(C) To minimize traffic congestion;
(D) To avoid the overloading of utilities; and
(E) To provide a residential area that is safe, attractive, quiet and contains open space and adequate parking.
