§ 154.163 DIMENSIONAL AND BULK STANDARDS.
   (A)   Minimum area of each housing unit: 900 square feet.
   (B)   Minimum parcel areas:
      (1)   Single-family residential: 6,700 square feet (0.16 acre);
      (2)   Two-family residential: 10,000 square feet (0.23 acre); and
      (3)   Non-residential: 40,000 square feet (0.92 acre).
   (C)   Minimum parcel dimensions (illustrated in Figure 9.12.030).
      (1)   Lot width:
         (a)   Single-family: 50 feet. A
         (b)   Duplex: 75 feet. A
         (c)   Non-residential: 150 feet. A
      (2)   Lot depth: 100 feet. B
   (D)   Minimum setbacks:
      (1)   Street side:
         (a)   Residential: 20 feet. C
         (b)   Non-residential: 30 feet. C
      (2)   Interior side:
