§ 154.161 ALLOWED USES AND BUILDING TYPES.
   (A)   Building types.
      (1)   Single and multi-story buildings that are appropriate to the allowed use.
      (2)   Accessory buildings appropriate to an allowed use.
      (3)   Manufactured/mobile homes may be an allowed use when anchored to a permanent approved, continuous foundation.
   (B)   Allowed uses.
      (1)   Two-family (duplex) residential;
      (2)   Single-family residential;
      (3)   Townhouse residential not exceeding four housing units per building;
      (4)   Religious institutions;
      (5)   State-licensed day care facility serving 12 or fewer persons, or a group family day care facility, licensed under Wyoming’s Rules, W.S. § 9-2-2104(a)(vii), W.S. § 14-4-104 and W.S. §§ 16-3-101 et seq. (1999) and the State Administrative Rules for Certification of Child Care Facilities Chapters 1-11 serving 12 or fewer children. Care facilities located within the MR-1 District shall be subject to the same zoning regulations as two-family dwellings in the MR-1 District;
      (6)   State-licensed residential care facility serving six or fewer persons; and
      (7)   Licensed under Department of Health requirements. Care facilities located within the MR-1 District shall be subject to the same zoning regulations as two-family dwellings in the MR-1 District.
   (C)   Prohibited uses.
      (1)   Any land use not allowed above shall be prohibited unless the use is found to be substantially similar to a use listed in this code by the Board.
      (2)   Landowners may petition the Board for a determination of a substantially similar use. The request must be made ten days prior to a regularly scheduled board meeting. Decisions of the Board may be appealed to the Town Council.
