(A) The purpose of the Public Facilities (PF) Zone is to define those areas wherein town buildings, structures, storage yards, parks, public services and commercial uses are located and to provide general guidelines for development within those areas.
(B) In recognition of the four types of facilities required by the town, the PF Zone consists of:
(1) Public-oriented facilities, such as Town Hall, Public Safety and Mail Center;
(2) Support-oriented facilities, such as maintenance yards;
(3) Recreational facilities, such as parks and community centers; and
(4) Partial facility leases for public services or commercial activities.
