(A) The purpose of the Private Recreational Zone (PR) is to provide specialized commercial services in conjunction with private recreational use.
(B) The size and intensity of development or facilities and uses within this zone shall be commensurate with the capability of land and water areas to support the uses intended and shall not result in any unusual service demands on the town.
(C) This zone is intended to apply to non-profit membership-based organizations and institutions.
