§ 154.061 SCOPE.
   (A)     Zoning applies to all lots of land and to every building, structure or use.
   (B)   No lot of land, no building, structure or part thereof and no new building, structure or part thereof shall hereafter be located, erected, altered, occupied or used except in conformity with this chapter.
