A rezone application fee, as set forth below shall be paid at the time of filing of an application by the property owner or the property owner’s representative. It becomes nonrefundable upon Planning and Zoning Board approval to proceed (Step 4 of Flow Chart in § 154.045). No fee shall be required in the case of proceedings initiated by either the Planning and Zoning Board or the town. Rezone application fee (nonrefundable): $500.
