In lieu of any existing restrictions or allowances, home occupations are allowed as a land use within a dwelling when all of the following conditions are met.
(A) All business activities shall take place inside the dwelling.
(B) Any retail use shall be incidental to the home occupation.
(C) Allowed vehicles: passenger cars and light trucks.
