§ 154.004 INTERPRETATION OF ZONING DISTRICT BOUNDARIES.
   (A)   The following rules shall be used to determine the precise location of any zoning district boundary shown on the zoning map.
   (B)   Boundaries following municipal boundaries. Boundary lines shown as following or approximately following town boundaries shall be construed as following such boundaries.
      (1)   Boundaries following streets or alleys. Boundary lines shown as following or approximately following streets or alleys shall be construed as following the centerline of such streets or alleys.
       (2)   Boundaries following section lines, platted lot lines, park or forest service’s boundaries. Boundary lines shown as following, or approximately following, section lines, platted lot lines, park or forest service boundaries, or other property lines as shown on the zoning map shall be construed as following such lines.
      (3)   Parallel boundaries. Boundaries shown as separated from, and parallel or approximately parallel to, any of the features identified in this section, shall be construed to be parallel to such features and at such distances as shown on the zoning map.
