Zoning districts established by these land development regulations (hereafter “regulations”) are bounded and defined as shown on the town official zoning district map (hereinafter “zoning map”), available at the town offices, and is available for inspection during normal business hours. The specific zoning map adopted and approved shall bear the ordinance number and date by which it was adopted and approved.
