§ 151.15 SUBDIVISION ANNEXATION.

When a petition for annexation includes only lands being subdivided or re-subdivided, the annexation plat shall consist of the approved subdivision plat and shall conform to all the requirements set forth in the subdivision regulations. The more restrictive or strict requirements shall apply where there is a variance between this chapter and the subdivision regulations.
