(A) Manufactured/mobile homes will be permitted the same as new on-site built homes, and shall have been manufactured no more than 12 months prior to the date of application and shall be placed on a permanent continuous foundation.
(B) Permanent step/stairs used for ingress/egress shall be anchored to a concrete landing before a certificate of occupancy is issued.
(C) No attachments, additions, alterations or modifications to the exterior walls of a manufactured home is allowed except those approved by the manufacturer for the specific unit. All other additions, porches, decks, garage or other add-on attachments must be free standing and self-supporting with no reliance on the manufactured unit itself.
(D) All towing devices, wheels and axles and used solely for initial transportation of the home shall be removed from the unit(s) and building site within 30 days of delivery to the site.
