§ 92.01 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   FIREWORKS. A combustible or explosive device for producing a striking display of light or a loud noise, used for signaling or as part of a celebration.
   PYROTECHNIC. Art of making fireworks, fireworks display.
   RECREATIONAL FIRES. An outdoor fire used for pleasure, religious, ceremonial, cooking, warmth or similar purposes, exclusive of open fires.
   TOWN. The Town of Star Valley Ranch, Wyoming.
