(A) It shall be unlawful for any person to drive or allow to be driven any motorized vehicle on any area except for established roads, parking areas and on the pathway on south side of Vista Drive. Golf carts being utilized on the pathway on the south side of Vista Drive shall yield the right-of-way to pedestrians. Maintenance, enforcement and safety vehicles or equipment are exempt from this restriction.
(B) Dogs: all provisions of town code Chapter 90, Animal Regulations, apply.
(C) Parking shall be restricted to designated parking areas. If parking areas are filled, vehicles may park on roadway shoulders in a manner that it does not restrict traffic.
(D) Horses may utilize undeveloped areas of Fox Run Park. Horses must be attended at all times and are restricted from pathways or trails. Horses may cross pathways or trails to gain access to park property, but then shall remain a minimum of 30 feet from any pathway, trail, parking area, developed maintenance facility or rest facility.
(E) Bicycles shall yield the right-of-way to pedestrians.
(F) No alcoholic beverages are allowed unless a permit or license has specifically been issued by the town for an event or activity.
(G) All refuse shall be removed: carry out what you carry in.
(H) It shall be unlawful for any person to hunt or trap any animal or bird or to discharge a firearm within the boundaries of the parks and pathways included in this chapter.
