(A) The town has invested town, private, county and state funds into community wellness pathways systems.
(1) The town wants to build an active healthy community by providing the park and pathway systems that includes a safe, traffic free, walkable path that will allow the Star Valley Community as a whole to move freely throughout the area.
(2) The town encourages use of the park and wellness pathways by all persons of the Star Valley community and visitors.
(B) The cost of the ongoing maintenance is related to the types of use allowed on the property. Authorized uses of the property and restrictions are being established to minimize both the cost of maintenance and the risk to the individuals using this property.
