For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
OFF-ROAD RECREATIONAL VEHICLES. Vehicles that are normally unlicensed, consisting of golf carts, snowmobiles with and without towed trailers, dirt bikes, mopeds, all-terrain vehicles (ATVs) and any other conveyances not considered an automobile, motorcycle or truck.
OPEN STREET. A public street designated by Town Council for off-road recreational vehicles to operate between a residence and a destination appropriate to the vehicle.
STATE CERTIFIED PEACE OFFICER. A person authorized to direct or regulate traffic or to make arrests for violations of traffic regulations, including the POLICE OFFICER definition in W.S. § 31-5-102.
