Except those portions as may conflict with any ordinance of the town, W.S. §§ 31-5-101 through 31-5-1601, the same being the Uniform Act Regulating Traffic on Highways, as amended by all Session Laws of the state, through and including the current and future legislative sessions, is adopted by this reference and incorporated herein as a part of this section as fully as if completely set out in this section. At least one copy of such provision shall be kept on file in the office of the Town Clerk for public inspection.
