§ 53.03 CONTROL VALVES.
   (A)   Curb Stop: A Town owned valve to control water to an individual connection on the upstream side of the meter pit.
   (B)   Customer's Turn On-Turn Off Valve: A customer owned valve to control water to their connection on the downstream side of the meter pit.
