11-7-1: BUILDING PERMIT; WHEN NOT ISSUED:
No building permit shall be issued for the erection or use of any structure or part thereof to be located in a subdivision, that is not in accordance with the provisions of this title. Any such permit issued shall be void and of no effect. (2006 Code)
