A. Any person found guilty of violating any provision of this title, as amended, shall be guilty of a civil offense or a class one misdemeanor. Each day that a violation continues shall be a separate offense punishable as hereinabove described. A class one misdemeanor shall be punishable by up to six (6) months in jail and a fine of up to two thousand five hundred dollars ($2,500.00). Each day a violation continues after a citation for the violation has been issued constitutes a separate violation.
B. By enforcing this title, the town undertakes only to promote the general welfare and health of the community. It does not assume, nor does it impose on its officers and employees, an obligation for breach of which it is liable in money damages to any person claiming injury from such breach. (Ord.
