There is hereby adopted, for the purpose of establishing rules and regulations for electrical work done in the City, whether the installation is temporary or permanent and whether for wiring, apparatus, equipment or for making extensions or change to present wiring, or for light or power, and whether for premises, inside or outside, or attached to a building, including permits and penalties, that certain electrical code known as the National Electrical Code. Said National Electrical Code shall be the most current edition adopted by the State of West Virginia and will be available for public inspection in the Town office. National Electrical Code as hereinabove described is hereby incorporated in and made a part of this Building and Housing Code as fully as if it were set out herein in full.
