1761.02 STANDARDS, INSTALLATION AND LOCATION.

Each building subject to the above requirements shall have installed a smoke detector that meets the requirements set by the most current State of West Virginia adopted National Fire Protection Association standard of the “Life Safety Code” NFPA-101. Installation and location of such detectors shall also conform to the current State adopted NFPA-101 standards and specifications of the Life Safety Code.
