Any person who is served a notice as provided in Section 1751.04 and who fails to repair, alter, improve, vacate, close, remove or demolish the dwelling or building in question within the time specified in such notice shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, punishable as provided in Section 101.99. This remedy shall be in addition to enforcement of the lien specified in Section 1751.04 for failure to comply with such notice.
