(a) The location for each house trailer site shall be of adequate area, suitably located, properly drained and removed from swampy or wet land, and shall be maintained in proper and safe condition.
(b) Each house trailer shall be allotted a space of not less than 700 square feet. The minimum space shall be not less than twenty feet wide and thirty-five feet long. There shall be a space of at least ten feet between trailers.
(c) Adequate handwashing facilities, showers or bathrooms and toilets shall be provided conveniently for the use of the occupants of each trailer.
(d) All sewage and wastewaters shall be disposed of in a safe and sanitary manner, so that no nuisance is created, and shall not be permitted to be dumped on the ground or into open ditches or drains.
(e) The water supply for each trailer location must be adequate and convenient.
