The holder of any permit issued pursuant to this article shall keep a record of all house trailers occupying such location, including the name of each family or occupants of each trailer, the license number and the state or origin of each vehicle used in connection with each house trailer and the length of time of occupation by each trailer. Such records shall be open to inspection at all times by properly authorized officers and employees of the Town, and the County and State Health Departments.
