1741.03 PERMIT.
   (a)   No person owning, leasing or having control of any land within the Town shall rent any part of the same, or permit the same to be used, for a period of time of more than forty-eight hours, as a location for one or more house trailers without first having applied for and received a permit therefor from the Town and complying with the provisions of this article. Applications for such permits shall be filed with the Recorder for the action of Council, and shall show thereon the following information:
      (1)   Name and address of applicant;
      (2)   Location of trailer site;
      (3)   Number of trailer spaces;
      (4)   Size of each trailer space;
      (5)   Sewage and waste disposal facilities;
      (6)   Number, location and character of toilet facilities; and
      (7)   Water facilities.
   (b)   Council shall have the right to refuse any such permit if, in its discretion, it determines that the location and facilities are not suitable. Council shall have the right to revoke any permit previously granted for the violation of any of the provisions of this article.
   (c)   The term of any such permit shall be for the fiscal year beginning on July 1 of any year and ending on June 30 of the following year, or the unexpired part of the fiscal year of the Town. Council may renew any such permit from year to year, upon application therefor and the payment of the annual permit fee established by ordinance.
