(a) Revocation of Registration. The Mayor is hereby authorized and empowered to revoke the registration of a registrant who, having been notified of a violation of any of the provisions of this article, shall fail to remove or abate the violation within ten days after notification. Such revocation shall be final and the person affected shall not be eligible to receive a new registration certificate within thirty days after such revocation.
(b) Revocation of Permits. The Building Inspector is hereby authorized and empowered to revoke any permit issued upon failure of the holder thereof to comply with any of the provisions of this article. (Passed 11-20-18)
