1731.11 TEMPORARY SIGNS.
   (a)   Defined. Temporary signs shall include all signs in which fabric or other combustible material is used.
   (b)   Manner of Erection. Temporary signs shall be permitted only when placed flat against the wall of a building or other structure. Banners over streets and alleys, approved by Council, shall be a minimum height of thirty feet above the street with supports and fastenings to be approved by the Building Inspector.
   (c)   Duration of Permit. Permits for temporary signs and banners shall authorize the erection of such signs and banners and their maintenance for a period not exceeding thirty days.
